Dear Family and Friends,

As we remember and celebrate the life of our beloved Wife, Mother, Sister and Friend, we wish to share that the arrangements for her funeral will be guided entirely by her own clear and heartfelt instructions.

In her final wishes, Adobea expressed a strong desire for a simple, quiet farewell. She intends that we focus not on ceremony, but on reflection, gratitude, and love. Out of deep respect for her values and intentions, our family is honouring her request by keeping the proceedings modest and sincere.

Per her wishes, there will be a private burial, no one week observation, no wake keeping, no laying in state, no wreaths and no other funeral rites.

Thank you for joining us in honouring her in the way she wished to be remembered—with simplicity, dignity, and peace.

With love, the Family.

Tribute From

Nii Hanson-Nortey

I remember it like it was yesterday, my interview for a place to usher in the National Theatre of Ghana. Wow!!! You were firm but soft at heart. And then I got the job. Wow!!! I was excited. I made friends, we all loved our job because you guided and directed us all. The many young men and women you gave an opportunity to - Francis, Paul, Kwabena, myself and many others.

And then I got to know you were a Joyful Way Associate. I was so excited to connect further with you in those early years.

Then I went off to Med School and so couldn’t usher any more.
I passed through your house a few times and it was great knowing you. Your love, your care, your support, your kindness, your firmness, your discipline and everything about you.

Farewell Auntie Pauline. Rest in Peace.
